Top row shows the framing we built in order to convert this basement into up to code living
space adding 650 sq ft!  The bottom row shows how it looked when we were almost finished!

Here you can see how we
took a bathroom with no
shower or tub and added a
new window, installed a
new tub, and built in a
counter!
In the pictures below you will see the enormous change a remodeling contract can do!  To the left you will see where we removed
the old decks that were rotting and started to add exterior walls to the carport, making it a walk out bedroom, a wall for a laundry
room and the kitchen that was being added.  The Middle picture shows were we added the framing for the new Kitchen, and the
third floor added room!  The picture to the right shows the insulation we used before adding the siding and a two level deck and
third floor deck! Bottom Picture shows the new rooms added, the siding put on, and all the decks!
