This Basement was a tricky basement.  When I first got there the foundation was bowing on this house,
water was leaking at all times and had very small windows.  our clients decided they wanted to turn this
into a finished basement to include: 2 new bedrooms, one full bath. and a living room.  The next step was
crucial in making sure we planned everything ahead of time.  
 Because there was so much foundation damage we ended up digging up the foundation, raising the
house 2 " and replace bowing bricks with new ones, while all this was going on we ended up replacing the
old small windows to windows allowing us to stay to code once we finished the basement. We installed in
irrigation and closed up the foundation while also making a large bay area in each window.   I ran the
electrical, plumbing and framed the basement, hung the drywall and plastered sanded and painted the
basement.  Once I finished installing the shower, commode and sink,  I laid the carpet and installed the
trim.
Great way to add 1025 square feet to a house while adding  value.
