This house had all the
Plumbing gutted and water
damaged the hardwood
floor!  Mold, in some spots
and a rotting floor!  
 Thats where The Helmrich
Group came in.

We were hired to remove all
layers of flooring, three in all
and install 3/4" plywood on
original framing.  
 Once we had a nice level
floor we installed Laminate.  
All thats left Will be updated
tuesday evening!
